BOOKING RULES.
Requests, deposits, cancellations and payments.
+ APPOINTMENTS & REFERENCES
Studio Vitalesca works by appointment only. A booking form is a request, not a confirmed slot. I'll message you personally to discuss the design, quote and date.
Send me whatever you have: nail photos, outfits, colours, screenshots or a moodboard. Seven or more references are helpful, but you can submit fewer. Original work only — I don't reproduce other nail artists' sets exactly.
Appointments take around 2–4+ hours depending on design, shape and length. Quality, precision and nail health come before speed.
+ DEPOSITS
A €20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. Deposits are accepted via PayPal only. You can find the payment link in my Instagram bio . Please pay only after I have confirmed your request.
Your appointment is not confirmed until I have received the deposit. The €20 is deducted from your final manicure total.
+ CANCELLATIONS & LATENESS
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations incur a fee of 75% of the manicure price.
Please arrive on time. Arriving late affects my schedule and can result in a late fee or cancellation if there isn't enough time to complete the service safely. Please message me as soon as possible if you're running late.
+ PAYMENTS
The remaining amount is paid at the end of your appointment, in cash only. Card and online payments are not available for the final balance. Please bring the exact amount when possible; change may be limited.
Prices are starting estimates and vary with length, shape, complexity, materials and time. I'll discuss your quote before confirming.
+ REMOVALS
Foreign removals must be requested in advance. The price depends on the product used and the time needed, and is generally higher than removal of a Studio Vitalesca set.
Please tell me about damage or previous nail work so I can assess the condition before applying a new set.
HOUSE POLICIES.
Nail health, comfort and a safe space.
+ HEALTH & SAFETY
Please don't attend if you're unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. Tell me in advance about any nail damage, allergies or sensitivities relevant to the products or service.
Nail health and hygiene are a priority. Hand sanitiser, hand cream and cuticle oil are included in every manicure.
+ SILENT APPOINTMENTS
Silent appointments are available free of charge. You're welcome to wear headphones, watch something, read or rest. Conversation will stay limited to what's needed for your nails.
+ GUESTS
Please come alone unless we've agreed otherwise beforehand. Keeping the studio calm and focused helps me give your set the time it needs.
+ RETENTION & AFTERCARE
Sets can last around 3–6 weeks with correct care, although grown-out nails should be maintained or removed in good time. A new set is generally recommended every 3–4 weeks.
Don't pick, peel or use nails as tools. Wear gloves for cleaning, moisturise hands and cuticles, and have products professionally removed.
+ SAFE SPACE
Studio Vitalesca is a safe space for everyone. Please be kind and respectful. Racism, homophobia, transphobia or other discriminatory behaviour won't be tolerated. Disrespectful behaviour may result in the appointment being ended and future bookings declined.
